Anne's sisters for Good Friday

Text written in: English

We slept in before leaving Heidelberg and traveling to Anne's sisters house for Good Friday.  Along the way we stopped at the Technical Museum in Sinsheim.  Of course we hit some really bad traffic, bad enough that we were able to take a couple of photos on the autobahn!

The museum was so cool, we got to go into a Concord and a Tupoluv-144, the Russian answer to the Concord (although the Russians produced their plane first to prove they could do it faster.)  There were tons of old cars, race cars, airplanes and tanks.  It was a beautiful day which was great since many of the features were outdoors.

After the museum we drove on to Neukupfer where Anne's sister and family live.  They have two very adorable children, so I finally had someone who speaks my level of German!  We got to play some soccer and had a great dinner.  Kyle and Christoph got to talk polotics all night, and with more consumption of 43, a really good Spanish after dinner liquer, both of their linguistic abilities got better.  Christoph spoke better English and Kyle understood more German.

Today we went to Schwaebisch Hall to walk around and enjoy the really great weather.  It is a beautiful old city with half timber houses everywhere and it is on the Kocker River.  I think I could live here, it was really great!  Now up to Einbeck for Easter.
