You must register as a member before posting travel diaries or photos on the Ball of Dirt Limited Website.

The user is responsible for the content of photos posted by the use on the Ball of Dirt Limited Website and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ball of Dirt Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Ball of Dirt Limited Website from and against any or all losses, expenses, damages and costs including legal fees resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or any activity relating to your account by you or any other person accessing the Ball of Dirt Limited Website through your account.

The user may only upload media to the Ball of Dirt Website where the user is the owner or copyright holder of the media.
All media the user uploads to the Ball of Dirt Limited Website remains the property of the copyright holder. No title of ownership at any time passes to or is implied to pass to Ball of Dirt Limited.
The user grants Ball of Dirt Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid perpetual license to use all media the user uploads to and makes public on the http://www.ballofdirt.com web site. This license allows Ball of Dirt Limited to redistribute, sell, loan, copy, post, publish, re-publish in whatever format whether digital, printed or via a broadcast system such as Internet, Television, Interactive Television or any other distribution vector the management of Ball of Dirt Limited deems fit.
The user acknowledges that certain media, concepts, designs and methods of operations pertaining to the Ball of Dirt Website are © Copyright, Ball of Dirt Limited.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and we will inform you of such changes by drawing your attention to such amendment when you use the Ball of Dirt Limited Website.
